It's no secret that the key to weight loss is making positive
changes in your diet and exercise habits. However, making
those healthy lifestyle changes can often seem like an
insumountable task. It's so much easier to make a lifestyle
change with others that want the same change. Whether it's
losing 10, 20, 30, or 50 pounds, it's so much easier
accomplishing a weight loss goal in a buddy/support group.
There are four weight loss buddy/support groups starting
in groups of 10 - 15 people for the end of July and the month
of August 2007. This will be on a first come basis and a
waiting list will be formed once the list reaches over 30
participants. If you have friends or family that are frustrated
with their weight and other programs, this will be a great
program to join. You can inspire someone close to you to
lose weight with you.
The main goal of our weight loss buddy/support group is
to help encourage participants' weight loss with the help of
a buddy system. We will provide a 5-week buddy system
program for five weeks at no cost. All support is free and
participants are only responsible for purchasing their
weight loss supplies.
Weight loss supplies can be purchased for the same price
without support, yet we want to help with the success of
our participants and are willing to do it for free.
We all know that we are often more successful in groups
and all participants will be committed to the success of
others. There will be weekly teleclasses introducing
ways to successfully lose weight and keep it off.
Outline of the Weight Loss Buddy Support Program
- Sunday Support evening teleclass with other participants
(30 - 45 mins)
- Reset Five Day Cleansing Program for under $120 plus
shipping (participants will have the option to sign up as a
preferred customer and receive all purchases at wholesale
cost). The Reset Program is the most important part of the
program. It helps to eliminate cravings. Participants will
receive one on one support if needed.
- Weight Loss or Maintenance Program based on the needs
of participant (cost will be dependent on the needs of the
participant. Some costs may be approximately from $5 to
$9 a day for the program). Remember, this cost covers
meals and will replace what you're currently spending
for food, vending machines, fast food, groceries, etc. Many
of you may save money on food purchases.
- Group support for lifestyle change
- Recipes provided for new lifestyle changes
- Health & Weight Goal Survey (some participants may
need to consult doctor due to our low glycemic approach)
